When should I prune or trim my tree?

Choosing when to prune or trim a tree is an important determination. Not all trees are the same, just like not all shrubs and bushes are the same — you don’t want to trim off next year’s blooms when hacking and slashing at your tree! I was extremely pleased working with this business. They were very professional and I appreciate that they undersold and over-delivered on their service. Upon my free quote, they told me the timeline to take down my tree would be 4 weeks. They were able to find time in their schedule the following week and were back out within a few days to take my tree down. I was in aw that they took the tree down in about an hour and after they were done it didn’t even seem like they were there. There was no damage to my lawn due to the machinery which pleased me. This is a team of professionals and I would encourage everyone to work with them.

I really enjoyed working with Boisvert Brothers on getting a tree removed. After not getting service from another company for months, this company came out with a quote within a couple days. I got a 100ft Pine removed in a gully that required a crane and although they were not the cheapest option they were very close. I really appreciate how they undersold and over delivered. They told me it was a busy season and the latest they completed the job was 10 weeks from the day of the quote. After signing the contract I got a call in a week and they came out. These guys were professionals and really have tree removal down to a science. A team of 4 came out with one in the tree, one in the crane and two on the ground. They cut my single 100ft Pine tree down in less than 60 minutes. Between set up and break down they were on my property for no more than 90 minutes It was impressive. They did need to drive the crane on my lawn and it did minimal damage. These guys are great at what they do and have great customer service – I would definitely use them again.

Fantastic. Had a huge pine that required crane removal. Boisvert Bros quoted a very fair price on the first request (40% less than two other services). They were busy when booked but they came exactly when expected without having to chase after them to get on a firm schedule. After it being a very windy day when being removed, I was a bit concerned, but came home to a flawless result. Maybe 5 pine cones in the backyard was the only sign of it being done. Not even a lot of sawdust!? Strongly recommend them.

Boisvert Brothers removed 14 pine trees from my property in Manchester in June 2015, and also ground down the stumps. They were excellent to deal with from the quoting process to the work itself. The crew was on time, very professional, and very quick and safety-conscious. The company arranged everything including permits and police detail to close down the road. They even contacted my neighbor to ask about parking the crane in front of their house. After the trees were removed, the crew picked up all debris and left my yard immaculate. The cost and quality of work were both excellent. I would highly recommend Boisvert Brothers.

Boisvert Brothers Tree Service provided us with outstanding service. Not only did they fit us into their busy schedule their work crews were professional, quick and provided great clean up! Their rates were reasonable for the service they provide. We were more than satisfied with the work they performed and found them to be a welcomed relief to the usual dealings with contractors and service providers. In the past we had used them for an emergency job of removing a tree from our house in the middle of the night. We were grateful to them then as we are now.

Today the Boisvert Brothers and their team came to take down the giant White Pines that have been watchers over this land and house for a very long time.. they were a valued , but potentially dangerous friend to our family and those who came before us. These gentlemen know their stuff. I was mesmerized by their skill and dare I say grace handling these enormous behemoths, the sheer size and weight was mind baffling. Mike told me they would be here at 7:30… they were here with chainsaws lined up and at the ready at 7:21 AM. Mike runs a tight ship and is most professional, but at the same time, you could see even though these guys were working wicked hard, they seemed to almost enjoy it at times , and the teamwork was a thing to watch. They also accommodated my special needs with out a hitch or raised eyebrow, and I asked for a lot! I would recommend these guys highly…Well done fellows, and thank you !
